2. Refunds & Returns

  • Refunds will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled.

  • Processing and service fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

3. Event Admission

  • Admission requires a valid ticket and may also require valid government-issued photo ID.

  • Mosaique reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who does not comply with venue or event rules.

  • Latecomers may be admitted at the discretion of the event organizers.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Attendees must conduct themselves respectfully toward staff, performers, and other guests.

  • Harassment, disorderly conduct, or illegal activity will result in removal without refund.

  • Alcohol consumption is restricted to individuals 21 years and older, per California law.

5. Event Changes

  • Mosaique reserves the right to change event details, performers, or venues if necessary.

  • In the case of a significant change, affected ticket holders will be notified and may request a refund as outlined in our Refund Policy.

6. Liability

  • Attendance is at your own risk. Mosaique and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

  • By attending, you agree that Mosaique is not liable for personal injury, illness, or damages except where required by California law.

7. Photography & Media

  • By entering the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.

  • Mosaique may use such media for promotional purposes without compensation.

8. Privacy

  • Mosaique collects and uses personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

  • By purchasing tickets or signing up for events, you consent to our data practices.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.

  • Any disputes shall be handled in California courts with jurisdiction over Orange County.
