Welcome to Mosaique (“Mosaique,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of tickets, attendance at our events, use of our website, and participation in our services.

By purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, subscribing to our communications, or attending any Mosaique event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Ticket Purchases

  • Tickets must be purchased through Mosaique or our authorized ticketing partners.
  • All ticket sales are subject to availability.
  • Prices, fees, taxes, and charges are subject to change without notice until your purchase is completed.
  • You are responsible for reviewing your order before submitting payment.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets may not be replaced unless permitted by the ticketing provider.

2. Ticket Transfers & Resale

  • Unless otherwise stated, tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes.
  • Unauthorized resale, duplication, or transfer of tickets may result in cancellation without refund.
  • Mosaique reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone using an invalid or fraudulently obtained ticket.

3. Refunds, Cancellations & Postponements

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Tickets are non-refundable.
  • Service fees and processing fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, eligible purchasers may receive a refund of the ticket price.
  • If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will generally remain valid for the new date unless otherwise announced.

Mosaique is not responsible for travel, lodging, parking, or other expenses incurred due to event changes.

4. Event Admission

Admission requires:

  • A valid ticket
  • Compliance with venue policies
  • Government-issued photo identification when requested

Mosaique reserves the right to:

  • Refuse admission
  • Remove attendees
  • Cancel tickets without refund

for violations of these Terms, venue rules, or applicable law.

Late arrivals may be admitted only when operationally feasible.

5. Age Restrictions

Certain events may be:

  • 18+
  • 21+
  • All Ages

Age requirements will be listed on the event page.

For 21+ events, a valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.

Alcohol service complies with all California laws and venue policies.

6. Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, attendees agree to:

  • Treat staff, artists, vendors, and guests respectfully.
  • Follow all instructions from event personnel and security.
  • Refrain from violence, harassment, discrimination, threats, or disruptive behavior.
  • Avoid bringing prohibited items into the venue.

Mosaique reserves the right to remove any attendee without refund for conduct deemed unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate.

7. Prohibited Items

Unless otherwise permitted by the venue, prohibited items may include:

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Fireworks or explosives
  • Outside food and beverages
  • Professional cameras or recording equipment (unless authorized)
  • Drones
  • Laser pointers
  • Any item determined by venue security to present a safety risk

All attendees and personal belongings may be subject to security screening before entry.

8. Event Changes

Mosaique reserves the right to:

  • Change performers
  • Modify schedules
  • Change venues
  • Adjust seating arrangements
  • Cancel or postpone events

when necessary due to weather, safety concerns, artist availability, government orders, venue requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders of significant changes.

9. Photography, Video & Media Release

By entering a Mosaique event, you acknowledge that photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings may be captured.

You grant Mosaique and its partners permission to use your likeness, voice, image, or appearance in promotional, advertising, editorial, social media, or marketing materials without compensation or additional approval.

10. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Attendance at live events involves inherent risks.

By attending a Mosaique event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including risks related to crowds, loud music, weather, and other attendees.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mosaique, its affiliates, employees, contractors, sponsors, venues, and partners shall not be liable for:

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
  • Personal injury
  • Illness
  • Death
  • Delays
  • Event interruptions
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by applicable law.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Upload malicious software.
  • Interfere with website operations.
  • Copy or reproduce website content without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

12. SMS Messaging Terms

If you choose to receive SMS communications from Mosaique, you agree to receive recurring text messages regarding:

  • Event reminders

  • Presale announcements
  • Promotions
  • Customer support communications
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
  • Reply HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing tickets or attending events.

All Mosaique trademarks, logos, branding, website content, graphics, event materials, and promotional content are the property of Mosaique or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Mosaique may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
